FCSI EAME CONFERENCE VIENNA 2017

The 200+ consultants, manufacturers and operators who attended the FCSI EAME 2017 annual conference were able to take part in a comprehensive, and frequently interactive, educational programme as well as some entertaining networking sessions throughout. Held at Vienna’s landmark Meliá hotel on 6-8 April 2, the conference was themed ‘Food and Hospitality in the future’ and the programme featured 17 speakers, from across Europe, China and the US, addressing core, technical topics for FCSI members, such as BIM and hospitality hygiene, as well as big picture strategy issues such as China’s current and future food trends and ‘Food in 2030’. I was among the speakers.

FCSI EAME Conference, Madrid 2015

The FCSI EAME conference took place at Melia Castilla Hotel in Madrid, Spain, organized by FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International) saw 270 participants in attendance, with a considerable 37% growth from the last conference in Warsaw (2013), with more than 100 FCSI consultants at the event. The main theme of the conference was “Innovation generation”, speaker sessions included sustainable futures, Building Information Modelling (BIM), pan-European facilities management (FM) and working overseas.
